Note: Departed on the Queen Mary for Europe, and on 2 October 1942, struck the British Cruiser HMS Curacao. The Curacao was cut in half and sunk almost immediately with a loss of 338 men. The Queen Mary continued without stopping because she carried almost 15,000 troops.
